• Chair Massage - On site massage takes place in a specially designed portable massage chair that we bring to your workplace. Sessions last from 10 to 30 minutes and is performed in your normal work attire. No oils are used. The massage is centralized to the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands as these are troublesome areas for most with carpal tunnel syndrome, tension headaches, back and neck pain. • Swedish Massage - our most requested massage, this relaxing service is designed to improve circulation, relieve muscle tension and reduce stress. 1 hour
  
  
• Aromatherapy Massage - a gentle nurturing massage using therapeutic grade essential oils and massage techniques combined just for you. 1 hour
