- Chair Massage - On site massage takes place in a specially designed portable massage chair
that we bring to your workplace. Sessions last from 10 to 30 minutes and is
performed in your normal work attire. No oils are used. The massage is centralized
to the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands as these are troublesome
areas for most with carpal tunnel syndrome, tension headaches, back and neck pain. Time Varies
- Swedish Massage - our most requested massage, this relaxing service
is designed to improve circulation, relieve muscle tension and reduce stress.

Training Sessions
Every athlete's performance in training and competition is always a team effort.
It is made up of a number of factors:
A coach, fellow team or training members, massage therapist, physiotherapist, and support from family and friends.
Weekly massage treatment will be a critical component in enabling you to be injury free, and give you the ability to consistently compete at a high level.
Our latest pre-race treatment has been a significant factor in the recent success of those setting new goals an achieving them!
If you want a new result, you have to move to a new level
Please Note: these packages are set up for each 6/10 week time frame while you train...
(Be advised that if you do not come in for your sessions on a regular weekly basis you will have treatments deducted from your plan as if you did)
REMEMBER that MASSAGE is just as important as a Run, Bike or Swim...
So be sure to make this part of your routine!
Each session includes deep massage and may also incorporate kinesiotaping, stretching, and essential oils.
